Argentine Cooking Class With Lunch Or Dinner

Description

The experience begins upon arrival at the venue, where we lend them aprons and head to the kitchen to begin cooking. We cook together, explaining step by step what each person should do. We enjoy chipacitos as an appetizer, and the rest of the meal is served at the table once cooking is complete.

We delve into regional Argentine cuisine with a four-course menu, accompanied by a glass of Argentine wine.

The menu includes chipacitos from Corrientes, humita empanadas, carbonada criolla, and, for dessert, dulce de leche pancakes.

The entire process takes approximately two and a half hours, although the length may vary depending on the conversation after dinner.

Menu: 1) Chipacitos Corrientes. 2) Carbonada Criolla. 3) Humita Empanadas. 4) Dulce de Leche Pancakes. We can adapt the recipes if the group includes vegetarians, vegans, celiacs, or those with lactose intolerance. We will take care of the shopping, having all the utensils and ingredients ready to start cooking (we have aprons). This includes ingredients, staff, half a glass of wine, and non-alcoholic beverages (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and water). The space will be 100% available to you. You do not share the activity with other groups. The guides may be present at the activity and will not be charged.
