You will prepare the most popular Peruvian dishes: Lomo Saltado and Causa, you will also try the Chicha morada, a traditional and refreshing drink. You will learn how to cook your own Peruvian food with professional chefs! You will love the relaxed atmosphere without boring demos because we believe in the hands-on approach.
What is prepared?
Causa (Starter): Delicately prepared layers of mashed potatoes, seasoned with Peruvian yellow chili, and a touch of fresh lemon, and accompanied by a select mix of vegetables and quinoa, creating a combination of flavors that evokes the richness of Andean gastronomy.
Lomo Saltado (Main Course): Thin strips of beef sautéed with onions and tomatoes in a tasty mixture of soy sauce and vinegar, enhancing the flavors with a balanced fusion of textures and aromas. This dish is served on a bed of fluffy rice, accompanied by crispy French fries, creating a delicious and comforting combination.
