Here, you will learn about the various vegetables, exotic fruits, and groceries produced in Peru. Additionally, your tour guide and chef will introduce you to the fresh ingredients needed for the preparation of the dishes. Get ready to experience a truly authentic local market!
  • Once we purchase all the products in the local market, we will head to our cozy kitchen studio in Miraflores. You will actively participate in the preparation of each dish selected by the group. Don’t worry! Our friendly chef and his team will guide you step by step throughout the entire class. You'll love the fun and relaxed atmosphere—there are no boring demonstrations here, as we believe in a hands-on approach.
  • All dish options can be adapted for vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan diets. Please inform us of your dietary restrictions in advance.
