We will enjoy a show that will take us through the cultural history of the island, starting from ancient times to the present day, also enjoying Polynesian dances that are part of the Rapa Nui culture.
Through this exciting journey we will be able to enjoy with all our senses, tasting delicious ceviche, a buffet dinner and participating in the Curanto Ancestral Ritual, having a Polynesian dance class, and participating in Takona, the traditional face painting.
Description
This completely unique Rapa Nuiexperience begins by leaving approximately at 7:00 p.m. from your hotel and heading directly to the ethnic restaurantwhere we will travel back in time through our senses.
The Show is a journey through Rapa Nuihistory, passing through the ancestral era, a time when current musical instruments did not exist, highlighting different historical events with the Hoko. Following the journey through history, we will hear about the experiences told to us by the first contemporary musicians. Their first experience was the accordion and harmonica, then the guitar, percussion and many others.
We will start dinner with a small bite of ceviche to whet your appetite while we participate in different activities.
We will continue with the Curanto Ancestral Ritual, a small Polynesian Dance Class or the Takona, the traditional face painting. Then we will continue enjoying the buffet dinner. The final part of our show highlights the sensuality and Polynesian rhythms, which is also part of our culture without losing our essence, which is why its dance and music are equally wonderful.
After enjoying this beautiful show and the exquisite typical local food, we will return to the hotel for a well-deserved rest.
