Dinner Menu (choice per time):

• Starter:
  • Garden vegetable salad with mixed green leaves, roasted peppers, walnut praline, cranberries and diced avocado.
  • Pacific Locos with potato tartar, tartar sauce and avocado.
  • Steak tartar with citrus fruits, red onion, pickles, capers and cilantro.
• Main Course:
  • Vegetarian corn pie with eggplant pine and Azapa olives.
  • Fish of the day accompanied by northern kumquat, spinach pesto and biscuit sauce.
  • Ribs with 5 Chilean species, cooked sous vide for 12 hours, served with rustic merkén puree and sautéed vegetables.
• Dessert:
  • Crepes with ice cream, Nutella or manjar.
  • Homemade flan with caramel and manjar.
  • Seasonal fruits.

Dinner also includes two 120 cc glasses of wine to accompany your gastronomic choices.
